Music for Amnesty
Amnesty’s action this year on Burma was inspired by the work of James Mackay, a London-based freelance documentary photographer who has photographed more than 160 former Burmese political prisoners. Handcrafted Films tells the story of James’ work and the action Amnesty intend to take.
I was asked to come up with a musical composition for the film. The music had to be hopeful, determined, motivating and moving. This was for an inspirational, climatic part at the end of the short film.
