Rugby photoshoot

This was a photo shoot for QBE that took place on 9th Feb 2010 in the David Beckham Academy London.

I was assisting Joel Redman, which is always inspiring as he’s such a talented guy. We had to shoot the legendary Alistair Mackenzie, a well known professional Rugby player jumping in various positions in front of a 20 x 20 foot black background. We had to build the set, erect the 20 foot backdrop, get the lights ready and then it was show time for Alistair. It was a fascinating shoot – there were a great team of us working together – Sophie Gray, Kin Cheah, Charles Emerson, Joel and Myself. The results were outstanding.
